Is it allowed at HYROX races?
Check your own race's athlete rules before you list: rules on sponsor branding can vary by event and division. To keep you clear of the organiser's own partners, brands in sportswear and footwear, sports nutrition and supplements, energy drinks, fitness equipment or watches and wearables can't take a spot. RoxSkin is independent and not affiliated with HYROX.

Nothing. The avatar, your profile and your auction are free, and no card is needed. We only take a commission from spots that sell.

What is on-body sponsorship for HYROX?+
Brands pay to put their logo on a spot on your body (chest, shoulder, bicep, back…) for one race. You wear it as a temporary tattoo, and it shows on your 3D avatar page for everyone who visits.
Is it a real tattoo?+
No. It's a temporary, skin-safe tattoo printed from the sponsor's logo and applied before the race. It's gone in a few days.
Do I need to be a fast or elite racer?+
No. Open, Pro, Doubles and Relay racers can all list, whether it's your first race or your tenth. Sponsors back people they know or want to reach: your gym, your city, your colleagues. A finish line photo with their logo is worth as much from a first-timer as from a podium athlete. In Doubles and Relay your team has 30 or 60 spots to sell together.
Do I need a big following to get sponsors?+
No, but it helps. Spots start at $50 (the premium glutes spot at $250) and the price doubles each time someone takes one over, so gym mates, local businesses and your network can still start a bidding war.
How do I get my 3D avatar?+
A friend walks around you with a phone for about 5 minutes while you stand still in race kit. We turn the photos into a 3D model and map up to 15 sponsor spots onto it. Spots that don't sit cleanly on your body are left out.
Is wearing sponsor logos allowed at HYROX races?+
Check your event's athlete rules before you list: rules on branding can vary by event and division. We'll show the rules we know of on each race page.
Is RoxSkin affiliated with HYROX?+
No. RoxSkin is an independent platform for athletes who race HYROX. HYROX is a trademark of its owner.
What happens if I get sponsored but can't race?+
If you're injured or can't start, tell us before race day and every sponsor is refunded in full. There's no penalty for you: sponsors only pay for a logo that actually races.
How do sponsors know I raced with their logo?+
After the race you send us a few race-day photos showing the tattoos (start line, a station, the finish) plus your official result. We pass them to every sponsor with a link to your result, and you're free to post them too: that's the content brands are paying for.
When do I get my sponsorship money?+
After race day, once your race photos are in. We send your share by bank transfer, minus our commission (half for verified charity auctions). Payouts are currently made by hand, usually within two weeks of the race.
Can I race for a charity?+
Yes. Switch on a charity auction in your dashboard and tell us the charity's registered name and number. We check it on the official charity register before a "verified charity" badge appears on your profile, showing sponsors who the money goes to and what share. Charity auctions pay half our usual commission.
