Sponsor My Body is run by Tim Grassin. By paying for a spot you agree to the following.

What you're buying

A spot on my body for one race. While you hold it, your logo, tagline and link appear on that spot on this site. If you still hold it when the auction closes, I wear your logo as a temporary tattoo on that spot for the race, and you're included in my post-race content (photos, a LinkedIn post, and the race recap).

I'll do my best to keep the tattoo on for the whole race, but sweat and equipment can wear it off. Temporary tattoos are printed from your file at roughly the size shown on the body; colours and fine detail may differ on skin.

Bidding and refunds

Each spot has a fixed current price. Paying it gives you the spot immediately. Someone else can take it by paying the next, higher price. When that happens, your payment is refunded in full to your original payment method, and I absorb the payment fees. Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to show.

If two people pay for the same spot at the same moment, the first payment confirmed wins and the other is refunded in full. Payments that arrive after the deadline are refunded in full.

Spots you still hold when the auction closes are not refundable, except: if I can't start the race (injury, illness, event cancellation), every winning sponsor is refunded in full.

What you can advertise

Logos are reviewed before they appear. I can reject or remove anything sexual, hateful, violent, deceptive, illegal, gambling-related or that infringes someone else's rights, or anything that would get me disqualified by the race organiser. If I reject a logo you can upload another one. If a sponsor can't provide an acceptable logo, I can cancel the sponsorship and refund it in full.

You confirm you have the right to use the logo and name you upload, and you allow me to show them on this site and in race content.
